Why should I consider selling my existing mobile tower to your company and not, for example, to your competitors?

Asteria represents a reliable contracting party where the pay-out is guaranteed to be received by you upon agreement. We have transparent and efficient procedures to make the process as simple and quick as possible.

How is the valuation of my mobile tower determined?

Valuation is based on factors such as location, lease terms, and overall market conditions. We conduct a thorough assessment to provide a fair and competitive offer.

What happens to the existing lease agreements with MNOs after the sale?

The existing lease agreements are typically transferred to our company, ensuring a seamless transition for both you and the tenants. Lease terms and conditions remain unchanged.

How does the sale process look like?

If you are interested and you agree with the amount, we can send you a notary letter with a purchase contract in 2 weeks. We can then make an appointment with the notary of your choice. In the meantime, we would also send a surveyor to you to measure the exact plot of land. After the sale of your property under the transmission tower, you will receive the lump sum. Alternatively, we can also offer to visit you in person first if you would feel more comfortable with that.

How long does the sale process typically take?

The duration of the sales process varies but is usually a few weeks to a few months. The time frame depends on the negotiations, the notary, and the surveyor.

Can I negotiate the terms of the sale agreement?

Yes, the terms of the sale agreement are negotiable. We encourage open discussions to create a mutually beneficial agreement for both parties.
